The LHF company-paid Well-being Plan will help you meet your Duty of Care obligations in several ways.

Firstly, your employees can claim money towards the cost of eye tests, glasses and contact lenses - meaning it won't be left to you to reimburse them.

Secondly, the Well-being Plans include access to a confidential 24-hour helpline and there's an option to offer additional face-to-face counselling sessions for an extra 50p per employee, per month or Occupational Health with face-to-face counselling sessions for an extra £1.00 per employee per month.

Your Well-being Plan will practically run itself. As we deal with employees directly, we'll handle most of the administration - leaving you to run your business.

That's because they're both flexible and comprehensive.

Pre-existing medical conditions are covered so employees can go for treatment with complete confidence.

Essential to your Health and Stress Management Strategy - Our higher benefit options feature comprehensive Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programmes.

Occupational Health – this offers pre-placement questionnaires and a management telephone referral service.

Employee Assistance Programme – your employees will be entitled to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions per year.
